Great post. Though every company makes this preach that employees are our greatest assets, there are very few companies that truly practice it. I was lucky to work at one of such companies that practiced this - SolidWorks for 11 years - they breathe this day in, day out - making sure employees are happy because they realize that finding the talent especially in a niche market such as CAD is hard to begin with.
