P - Problem to be defined clear, consice way; what it is?
U - Urgent or imporant and why now?
R - Result expected after problem is solved?
O - Options listed to solve the problem at least 2 or 3?
C - Choose one option that fits the situation?
C - Consequences of implementing and not implementing this chosen option?
