@Jann – Thank you too; you definitely need to read this book. The authors do a great job of not only bringing out important leadership principles, but also drawing you into the story in a way that makes the principles become real in your life. It’s more than a book, it’s an experience.

Sounds like an interesting book. I will have to read it. Embracing death is an important leadership skill in order to make sure we are living our lives to the fullest.
