		<description><![CDATA[Service, creativity, problem solving, positivity and humility mixed with confidence are all keys of self-leadership. It was good to be reminded of this though because they&#039;re not all easy to carry out. Creativity and problem solving involve using your mind and counting on yourself, they&#039;re not so hard to remember. Staying positive when things are rough is difficult, but if you don&#039;t you could get caught in a depressing slum. Depending on the type of person you are, either confidence or humility tends to dominate. It is easy to get caught up in yourself and lose all humility. Cockiness losses respect of others. No confidence loses trust of others. All the listed actions are the key to self-leadership. But like all things difficult to achieve as reflected by the human condition.]]></description>
