I recently found this video clip from Tom Peters, one of the great management thought leaders of our time. He points out that the core principles of leadership are the same in the 21st century A.D. as they were in the 21st century B.C. It’s about helping people to grow; “nothing has changed.”

Another point Mr. Peters makes is the importance of servant leadership. When leaders have as their primary goal to serve and build up others they succeed.
